Construction cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. qualifications submitted by each firm will be reviewed and evaluated based on the following criteria: (1) Team proposed for this project; (2) Proposed management plan; (3) Previous experience of team proposed for this project; (4) Location and facilities of working office(s); (5) Present proposed design approach for this project; (6) Cost control; (7) Estimating effectiveness; (8) Schedule control; (9) Describe experience and capabilities in the following areas: (a) value engineering; (b) life cycle cost analysis (LCCA); (c) critical path method; (d) fast-track construction; (e) Energy conservation; (f) new energy resources; (g) environmental assessment; (h) specialized experience; (i) computer aided design and drafting; (j) other computer applications; (10) Miscellaneous: (a) describe awards received for design excellence; (b) describe circumstance and outcome of any litigation you have been involved in over the last five years; (c) indicate type and amount of liability insurance you carry.
