X -- RENTAL OF PARKING FACILITY SOL RFQ-99012-JR DUE 123098 POC John Robb, 215-841-5211, email: robb.john@epamail.epa.gov The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region III, has a requirement for seventy (70) parking spaces that must be located within a two block raduis of the EPA, Region III's location at 1650 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103. At a minimum, the parking facility must be an enclosed, indoor, secure facility. Access to the facility is required 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, electronic access controlled. A guaranteed parking space for each vehicle is required. It is prefered that all spaces be located in one area. Reserved parking spaces for all vehicles is prefered, however, a minimum of twenty-five (25) reserved parking spaces is required. It is prefered that all reserved spaces be located in one contiguous area. Entries and exits per vehicle, per day shall be unlimited. Parking shall be self parking. The proposed Purchase Order award will contain a base period for approximately one year, along with four (4) option periods for one year each. Only written requests (via fax or email) for a copy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be honored.
