The Air Armament Center (AAC) intends to award a contract for an upgraded recycle baler compatible with the IBC-5042-10-B fluffer and the ICBC- 48454 pit conveyer. The baler must also be capable of being integrated with the existing three-phased, 60 Hz, 460 volt power supply. The feed opening for the fluffer/baler must be a minimum of 60 inches in horizontal width across the end of the conveyer and 42 inches horizontal depth behind the end conveyer. The length of the machine shall not exceed 286 inches in the direction perpendicular to conveyer movement. This is a sole source, firm fixed price contract with International Baler Corporation, P.O. Box 6922, Jacksonville, FL 32236, 1-800-231-9286. The solicitation number for this announcement is F08651-99-T-0103 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
