The submittal shall be limited to 200 pages including the letter of intent, SF 254, 255, and all attachments including any office brochures. Where foldouts are used, each fold will count as separate page and should fold entirely within the submittal. Not included in the page limitation are sectional dividers/tabs that are solely used to divide the submittal. All pages shall be consecutively numbered.
