Concerns having the ability for providing community residential corrections facility(s) for Federal Juvenile Offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statment of Work. Location of facility shall be located in the State of Iowa. Estimated total number of inmate days is 3,650 for the base period and 1,825 for each of the three consecutive option years (60% males, 40% females). Estimated RFP issue date is December 21, 1998, estimated closing date is February 19, 1999. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew.
