The contract will be for one base year and two option years. This requirement will be purchased as sole source from Kevex Instruments (formally Fisons, Inc.) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The test data package, diagnostic software and equipment that's required to service and repair this equipment is proprietary to Kevex. Firms that recognize and can provide the required services are encouraged to identify themselves within 15 days from the date of this publication, and provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer which would permit their participation in future solicitations.
