Due to all the drawings required to complete the task are proprietary and owned by Northrop Grumman this will be a sole source action. All modification and parts are to be supplied in accordance with the instructions contained in drawings 1467J11 and 6512E89 group. Work shall be accomplished at vendor's facility and on board the USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA. with the start date no sooner than 12 April 1999.
