non-personal services and materials necessary to prepare and present
instruction on the AIM-9P-4, AIM-9L, and AIM-9M Maintenance and Repair
Facility (MARF) for the Republic of Korea Air Force. All instruction
and technical information shall be in the English language. Training
will consist of two phases. The first phase will be conducted in the US
at the contractor's facility in approximately May 2000. The second
phase will be conducted in Korea in approximately August 2000. Training
shall include a combination of formal classroom training and as
necessary, "hands-on" practical exercises to provide appropriate skill
proficiency. This shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
Basic operation of the system, Software backups and other software
administrative tasks, Basic structure of the test programs supported by
functional flow diagrams, AIM-9P-4, AIM-9L, and AIM-9M Guidance Control
Section overhaul training. The anticipated release date of the
solicitation is on or about December 16, 1998. The anticipated date for
receipt of proposal is on or about January 16, 1999. Please direct
