This will be an unrestricted fully competitive procurement. A labor hour type of contract is anticipated. The effort will be for one year with two options for 1 year each. Any entity that can provide the services required in the partial listing below is encouraged to contact the contracting office for a copy of the solicitation. The principal mission of the Training Development Support Cell (TDSC) is to provide the 160th SOAR with the capability to develop, manage and produce training courseware in support of the Regiment's ground and aviation training requirements and the Special Operations Aviation Training Company Program of Instruction. Additionally, the TDSC will be capable of maintaining 160th SOAR specific training publications. The purpose is to provide instructional development, courseware and networked computer support for 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment personell at Ft. Campbell, KY. Courseware support is required for selected ground and aviation training as well as all Regimental Program of Instruction (POI) . Additionally, the SOW will identify requirements to support 160th authored publications . The TDSC will be expected to: Implement the training development model utilizing the systems approach to training (SAT) IAW TRADOC Regulation 350-70. Manage, produce and distribute training materials, courseware and training publications to the 160th SOAR. Develop self-paced computer based training. Establish and maintain a master digital library of all courseware and digital training on the Regiments LAN. Maintain and update 160th SOAR authored publications listed in attachment.
