The combined synopis/solicitation should read as follows: Rental of 34 single hotel rooms for the period 20-24 April 1999 with check-out on 25 April 1999 in the Arlington,Va. area. The hotel must be with-in a two mile radius of the Pentagon. All rooms must be located in the same hotel. Room Quantity Break-down: 34 rooms x 5 nights= 170. 1.Check-out time shall not be later then 12 noon on Sunday 25 April 1999. 2.The government reserves the unilteral right to terminate this contract in whole or in part at no cost to the government provided that the govern- mentgives the contractor notice not later then 9 am on 9 April 1999. 3.Pursuant to FAR 29.101 and FAR 29.302 the procurement contracting officer has determined that the inclusion of state,local or "Hotel" taxes are not justified nor are they applicable with regards to this contract therefore any and all prices/costs listed are not to include these taxes. 4.This is a combined synopis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6,as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 5.All offerors must be received no later then 04 Jan 1999.
