Guard Base, Portland, OR. The proposed scope of work is to remodel a
3.500 sq ft simulator bay into multiple office/administration areas.
Work shall include: selected demolition; architectural modifications,
sound attenuated walls and ceilings, auditorium with theater seating,
HVAC, mechanical and electrical modifications, communications, fire
detection, security and intrusion considerations, Site work shall be
limited. Construction shall be type N, non-combustible. For technical

construction is 120 calendar days. The construction contract will be
firm fixed-price between $250,000 and $500,000. Government intends in
utilizing "Partnering" concepts during the construction of this
project. Bidding documents will be available to purchase on December
