set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Construction of two (2) test
wells on the Makah Indian Reservation, Clallam County, Washington. Each
well shall have a 6-inch diameter; approximately 260 LF of 12-inch well
drilling with artifical filter pack; 260 LF of 6-inch steel casing; 30
LF of 6-inch well screen; 2 EA of surface seal; 12 HR of test pumping,
and necessary appurtenances for a complete and operational system. The
anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The
performance period is approximately 45 calendar days. Estimated range
is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment bonds or acceptable
alternative payment protection is required. Buy American Act applies.
Indian preference in hiring, suppliers and subcontractors is required,
including meeting Makah Tribal Ordinances. Solicitation documents will
