Also the project will be constructed to convert two abandoned restrooms into a storage area. Lastly, two existing rooms which is an office area will be converted to a break room and exercise room. The project involves all new electrical, mechanical, structural and interior finishes for approximately 4,500 square feet. The work also includes removal and replacement of walls, asbestos abatement, mechanical and electrical work, and all associated work as drawn and specified. Work includes restroom remodeling, accordian-fold partition, masonry work, casework and new interior finishes, and other associated work as shown on the drawing and specifications. The performance period is 126 calendar days. This solicitation is being competed under full and open procedures with SDB preference and all bids will be evaluated in accordance with DFARS 252.219-7008, "Notice of Evaluation Preference for SDB Concerns-Construction Acquisitions-Test Program." SIC Code 1541. The SBA size standard of $17.0 million is a three-year average annual gross revenue.
