The project will be completed in phases, one buildings fire alarm system per phase, with final acceptance at the completion of each phase. Option 1 work shall be for complete fire alarm system service, maintenance, and testing during the warrantee period. Option 2 work shall be a renewal option for complete fire alarm system service, maintenance, and testing for three consecutive years, immediately after the Option 1 warrantee service period expires.
