SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Iowa National Guard wishes to contract for the Revitalize Hangar Building 100 for the Iowa Air National Guard, Des Moines, Iowa. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing floor finishes (including asbestos), ceilings, concrete block and stud walls, plumbing, mechanical, lighting, power and communication systems, etc., and installation of new metal stud and block walls, flooring, ceiling, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and communication systems. The project is divided into three phases and covers over 50,000SF of area. The estimated construction period is 550 days. The estimated cost of the project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
