The latrine shall have a steel waste container with carrying handles for two people. The waste container shall have a minimum capacity of 40 gallons, a maximum weight of 40lbs empty. The latrine shall have three plastic walls with air vents, one plastic wall with a securable door that closes automatically, a plasic skid floor and translucent roof. The latrine color shall be tan. Assembly/disassembly without tools is desired, but screwdrivers and pliers may be used.
