89 -- COFFEE SERVICE FOR FEDERAL PRISON COMPLEX SOL 452-0008-9 DUE 122298 POC Merle Hughes, Contract Specialist, 352-330-3014 The Federal Correctional Complex in Coleman, Florida, intends to award a supply/service contract for a coffee service capable of serving approximately 3500 patrons per day. Vendor must supply, install and maintain liquid coffee machines. Equipment will be in seven service locations, all within close proximity of each other. Equipment placement will be four machines in each inmate dining hall (Low and Medium), one in each staff dining hall (Low and Medium), and two at the camp dining hall, for a total of twelve. All repairs must be completed within twenty four hours of notification. Vendor must provide emergency service twenty four hours per day at no extra charge. Liquid coffee must be concentrated, premium roast, with disposable packaging to prepare an eight ounce medium strength, caffeinated beverage. No metal or glass containers.
