In support of these UUV Programs and Projects, the Contractor shall provide engineering, technical and analytic services which support the development and improvement of navigational techniques for UUVs. This shall include: a. Development of design concepts; b.Analysis of navigation systems requirements; c.Independent evaluation and verification of proposed designs (e.g., Kalman Filters, Low speed Controllers) d.Providing designs and implementation for mathematical modeling and simulation supporting advanced navigation techniques; Providing design concepts and definition for non-traditional navigation systems. Anticipate issuing a three year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with Time and Material provisions on a sole source basis to DJC Analytics, Wakefield RI Level of effort is estimated at 2400 hours for a Sr. Systems Analyst.
