The General Services Administration is planning a multi-region conference to be held the last two weeks of April 1999. The conference will be for two full days beginning Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. GSA is attempting to locate convention centers and/or hotels for this conference. Conference Requirements: (1) Day one -- opening Plenary Session and Afternoon lunch for 500 attendees; (2) Exhibit space -- 9,000 -- 10,000 square feet; (3) Workshop rooms -- 6 rooms to accommodate 50-75 participants each; (4) Hotel accommodations -- approximately 500 rooms at the government rate. Suggested Locations: Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; Kansas City, MO; St. Louis, MO; Witchita, KS; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Savannah, GA; Charleston, SC; Louisville, KY. Multi-regio area includes the States of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, and Mississippi.
