HBCU/MI are invited to submit technical performance capabilities for any or all of the following areas: (1) Systems Engineering; (2) Telecommunications; (3) Acquisition Management; (4) Computer Systems Application Development; (5) System Evaluation, Integration and Testing; (6) Information Management; (7) Information System Security; (8) Distance Learning; (9) Modeling and Simulation; (10) Electronic Commerce; (11) Information Technology Training; (12) Studies in Advanced Information Technologies, or any other related area where our agency may need have a need that interested intitutions may have expertise. The CBD notice is for information and planning purposes only. Respondents are encouraged to demonstrate familiarity with DISA's mission. In addition, respondents are encouraged to identify current or past technical work performed for DoD or other Government Agencies.
