Freeman, (440) 838-6091 Under authority of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, the VAMC, Brecksville, OH, intends to solicit for preventive maintenance inspections (PMI's) and intervening repair services for our VA owned hospital beds and stretchers, located at the VA Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, OH 44141 and 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106, for the base period ending September 30, 1999 with four one-year renewal options. Contractor will be required to provide all parts and labor necessary to maintain equipment to original manufacturers specifications. The VA estimates a quantity of 780 beds and stretchers required for maintenance. VA owned beds include, Advance 2000, Centra, Century, Century CCU, Zoneaire, Amedco, Simons, Joerns, HillRom Stretchers, Stryker Stretchers, and Fixed Bedsets.
