The place of performance is restricted to the vessel's homepier. There will be a non-refundable charge of $100.00 required in the form of a certified check or money order payable to the U. S. The proposed contract listed here is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 22 December 1998.
