The relocatable shall be located in the fenced, security compound on the west side of Tate Road across from Buildings 305 and 306, at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland. The dimensions will be restricted by the site location. The building shall be complete with lighting, HVAC, utilities (sewer, water, electrical), electric power distribution panels, telephone hookups, fire alarms, emergency lighting. The unit shall be in place and ready for occupancy no more than ninety (90) days after contract award.
