Replace windows and sliding glass doors in eight (8) 2-3 bedroom housing units. Replace kitchen and bathroom cabinets in eight (8) 2-3 bedroom housing units. Replace approximately ten (10) water-source heat pumps in multi-purpose building. Remodel kitchen and add walk-in freezer in multi-purpose building. This will include architectural, mechanical and electrical work. The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The anticipated bid opening date is March 1999. Bid quarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. This project was advertised 2 June 1998, however, if you are still interested, please re-submit. There will be a charge of $20.00 for the plans and specifications. The check is to be made payable to the United States Coast Guard.
