The Navy has a requirement to modify two 3TFA-2713572-1 Wing Deployment Test Sets to accommodate the Paveway II MK82, 500 pound size General Purpose Airfoil Groups (AFG) the MK84, 2000 pound size AFG and the Paveway III MK84, 2000 pound size AFG and still retain the capability to test the Paveway II, MK83, 1000 pound size AFG. The contractor is to provide all hardware, attaching parts and labor necessary to satisfy this requirement. The Government will furnish the two Wing Deployment Test Sets as GFM. The contractor is to provide test procedures for all the AFG configurations. This requirement is being solicited on a sole-source basis from Raytheon TI, 2501 S. Highway 121, Lewisville, TX 75067as it is the sole supplier of Paveway II and III components, related equipment and tooling and holds proprietary rights to all drawings and specifications. A fixed priced purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is anticipated that no formal Request for Quote will be issued. The Total Small Business Set-Aside has been dissolved in accordance with FAR 13.105. The modifications are to be performed on-site at SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston, SC by 31 March 1999.
