This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) -- 99QS106. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure "Air Power History" quarterly publications for December 1998, March 1999, June 1999 and September 1999.
