Project will provide new air conditioning to upper two patient occupied floor of three buildings from a new independent central chiller building. Total of 90,000 sq ft of space to be conditioned. System controls will interface with existing fiber optic backbone for monitoring and management at a central location. All work will be provided for a complete functional system including chiller and chiller building, air handling systems, ductwork, controls, heating, etc. Design and specifications must comply with both VA/federal construction standards and NY State Historical Society requirements Estimated construction cost range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
