The government will provide the aircraft skins, drawings/specifications, tooling/templates, and reusable two-way shipping containers. The average required delivery date is 2/3 weeks after receipt of government furnished skin. FOB destination, NAS North Island, San Diego. Service shall be for a base period with four, one-year options. The proposed contract is UNRESTRICTED. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
