INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLENCE, AND RECONNAISANCE IN ARMY XX1 (2010) TECHNOLOGY SYMPOSIUM The US Army Intelligence Center and Fort Huachuca (USAIC&FH), Fort Huachuca, Arizona extends an invitation to senior leaders within the government/industry to attend an ISR Technology Symposium at Fort Monroe, Virginia on 11 February 1999. This one-day symposium will be chaired by the Commanding General of the US Army Training and Doctrine Command, General John N. Abrams. The purpose of the conference is to conduct an assessment of future Army ISR operational requirements that will be used to drive sensor collection & processing developments. Topics expected to be discussed include but are not limited to: methods of planning and synchronizing ISR assets, future operational concepts, emerging technologies, integration of the Army Battlefield Operating Systems (BOS), current and future capabilities of the other military services, on-going Science and Technology (S&T) initiatives, communications architectures, and ISR simulations. Attendees will work through three separate panels to develop aseries of observations. These observations may be used to solicit technical solutions from industry in the Spring 1999 time frame. A nominal conference fee is expected. Industry officials attend at no cost to the government.
