The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center is soliciting offers for Natural Gas supply and delivery to the city gate at the pipeline interconnections of Northern Illinois Gas Company near Hines, Illinois. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals during the performance of the contract. Gas will be used by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, Hines, Illinois. Contract period is February 1, 1999 through January 31, 2000, plus three additional option years. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
