Multi Species Sperm Analysis System, 1 EA. Oval Head Sperm Motility Software, 1 EA. Metrix Morphology Software, 1 EA. Rat Metrix Morphology Software, and 1 EA. 40x Fluorescent Objective. The system must have the following minimum specifications: Specimen Holder; Temperature Control must range from Room Temperature to 45 deg. C, Temperature stepsize of 0.1 deg.C, Temperature stability of 0.5 deg. C, Programmable Stage Position. Specimen Chambers; Cannula with depth of 100 micron and >30 fields, slide with 20 and 50 microns and 30 fields, programmable user definition. Internal Optical System; Imaging device, high resolution CCD array, objective minimum of 4x, 10x, 10 UV, image type, dark field, bright field, phase contrast, negative and positive, image output, NTSC, RS-170 60Hz. This system must also come with the following; Spectra Ident automated sperm concentration analysis of homogenized cauda samples using DNA specific fluorescent stain and integrated fluorescent illumination. Sort function which determines fraction of cells within user specified limits on VCL, VSL, LIN, STR, ALH, BCF, Head size and Head Shape. Track editing, which allows you to view and store detailed data for individual sperm tracks (used for validation procedures). HDATA ASCII exportwhich allows the transfer of summary data and/or individual track to ASCII compatible spreadsheets for database programs.
