The majority of the sites are within a 100-mile radius of the Washington Navy Yard and may include military and non-military sites. This will be a source selection procurement for a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract that will include a base year and up to four option years. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, administrative costs, parts, transportation, management, supervision, and inventory required to perform inspections, testing, maintenance and repair in accordance with the manufacturer's and national industrial standards for safe and efficient operations. Award will be based on best value (management, technical, and cost considered). Selection criteria are: Experience, Staffing Plan, Schedule, Past Performance, Understanding Requirement, Quality Control and Safety and Health Information. The Standard Industrial Code is 7349.
