70 -- NOTICE OF INTENT TO RENEW ANNUAL SOFTWARE LICENSE WITH STERLING SOF TWARE The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate with Sterling Software Federal, Electronic Commerce Division, 1800 Alexander Bell Drive, Reston, VA for the continued license, annual maintenance and support of the following proprietary licensed software products: Sterling's GENTRAN:Plus for MVS with CONNECT Mailbox and the Interconnect Option. Support shall be required for at least one year. These Sterling software products are currently licensed and installed on mainframe computer systems located in the SSA's National Computer Center in Baltimore, MD. Interested parties must respond to this notice no later than 3:00 pm, December 24, 1998. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to GENTRAN99R.
