Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire, on a sole-source basis through Information Mapping, Inc., the following services: Two (2) thirty-two hour training sessions of "Developing Procedures, Policies and Documentation" on March 2-5, 1999 and August 10-13, 1999 to teach skills related to Information Mapping's copyrighted methods. Information Mapping course materials are required for these classes and the instructor must be certified by Information Mapping. All affirmative responses must be in writing, must be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show ability to comply with all the above requirements, and must be received within 15 calendar days of this notice. If no affirmative written response is received within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, to the effect that a comparable service is available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this service through the proposed contractor, a sole-source award will bemade.
