E-MAIL: Marianne C. Shuster, mshuster@pica.army.mil. The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC is contemplating execution of a contract effort to develop automated manufacturing equipment in support of Modular Artillery Charge System (MACS) combustible case manufacture. A three year effort is planned to include a basic contract plus two one year options.
