Inspection and repair/refurbishment of cylinders will be required on an as needed basis. This procurement is to be procured under sinplified acquisition procedures. The R-Y-G Program evaluation is applicable. The contract period of performance is a base year and two (2) additional option years. This is a small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which shall be considered by FISC Puget Sound. The solicitation will be issued on or about 20 December 1998 with a 30 day closing.
