Plans and specifications will be available on or about 28 December 1998, and will be provided in a printed hard copy format free of charge. Requests for plans and specifications must be made in writing (or via home page indicated below) to the Tulsa District, Corps of Engineers, Post Office Box 61, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74121-0061.
