These services include but are not limited to basic cleaning services (floor maintenance, trash and recycle material removal, interior glass/mirror cleaning, drinking fountain cleaning, stairway cleaning, carpet vacuuming, general spot cleaning, common area dusting, basic restroom/locker room cleaning services (cleaning and disinfecting, showers, toilet bowl and urinal cleaning/de-scaling, floor cleaning, restroom and breakroom re-supplying. Period cleaning services, emergency, special events cleaning or special carpet shampooing. Child Development Center cleaning (Security Clearance will be required for workers in the Child Development Center).
