Chapman (256) 848-4424 (Site Code DABT02) This is a sources sought synopsis for information on the availability of automated, identification and imaging technologies that can acquire, record and maintain positive verification of a person's identity in less than 10 seconds (i.e.,) thermal imaging, finger print imaging, bio-matrixes, photo imaging, eye scan, DNA and voice printing). Additional information is sought on the availability of a system that can digitally record, maintain and transmit identification and imaging technologies, full name, date of birth, and address of the person and the location of data collection. The system shall provide for the on-site acquiring and recording of a person's identity in 30 seconds or less. Firms having the capability of meeting the above requirements are invited to respond to this sources sought. Responses shall be limited to a maximum of 10 pages (excluding brochures) and shall be submitted to the Directorate of Contracting, ATZN-DC, Building 241C, Fort McClellan, AL 36205-5000. This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure the described items.
