This is a special notice being used by Westinghouse Savannah River Company (WSRC), management and operating contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy's Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken, South Carolina. WSRC has developed a software program that evaluates hazardous substances that are detected in contaminated soils and have the potential to migrate to a ground water pathway. The program is a one-dimensional, infinite source, analytical vadose zone contaminant transport model with a mass-balance limit. WSRC is seeking parties interested in licensing this program and selling it as a commercial product.
