The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking sources that can provide lease of a Frame Relay Access SP 64KBPS Circuit from Grand Junction to Collbran, CO for a base year with four year options. Exercise of option years will be determined upon need and fiscal year availability of funds. This procurement is for a commercial service and is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) prescribed by FAR 13.601. This is not a small business set-aside. Firms believing they can provide the required services must provide supporting evidence that they can furnish the required specific leased line to remote sites within the State of Colorado without any interruption to the existing service and added expense that would exceed the total intended transaction cost. Initial start-up costs, or any additional costs to ensure uninterrupted service to, or at the site (e.g. parallel services or other means) must be borne by the offeror.
