The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking sources that can provide lease of a 56 KBPS Digital Data Circuit fromYakima to Benton City, WA for a base year with four option years. Exercise of option years will be determined upon need and fiscal year available funding. This procurement is for a commercial service and is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) prescribed at FAR 13.601. This is not a small business set-aside. Firms believing they can provide the required services must provide supporting evidence that they can furnish the required specific leased line to remote sites within the State of Washington without any interruption to the existing service and added expense that would exceed the total intended transaction cost. Initial start-up costs, or any additional costs to ensure uninterrupted service to, or at the site (e.g. parallel services or other means) must be borne by the offeror.
