The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking sources to provide lease of a 56 KBPS Circuit from Fresno to Friant, CA; a 56 KBPS DTS Data Circuit from Red Bluff to Willows, CA; a 56 KBPS Digital Circuit w/RJ45 Jack from Sacramento to Auburn, CA; a 3002 4 Wire Circuit from Shasta to Keswick, CA; and a T1 ANSI Data Circuit with B8ZS & ESF from Sacramento to Folsom, CA for a base year with four option years. Exercise of option years will be determined upon need and fiscal year availability of funds. This procurement is for a commercial service and is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) prescribed by FAR 13.601. It is not a small business set-aside. Firms believing they can provide the required services must provide supporting evidence that they can furnish the required specific leased lines to remote sites within the State of California without any interruption to the existing service and added expense that would exceed the total intended transaction cost. Initial start-up costs, or any additional costs to ensure uninterrupted service to, or at the sites (e.g. parallel services or other means) must be borne by the offeror. The government reserves the right to cancel or modify awarded contract, when warranted, at any time during contract performance period, with 30-days written notice.
