The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking sources that can provide lease of two ISDN BRI TERM RJ45 JACKS at Las Vegas, NV, and two ISDN BRI TERM RJ45 JACKS at Boulder City, NV, for a base year with four option years. Exercise of option years will be determined upon need and fiscal year availability of funds. This procurement is for a commercial service and is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) prescribed at FAR 13.601. This is not a small business set-aside. Firms believing they can provide the required services must provide supporting evidence that they can furnish the required specific leased lines to sites within the State of Nevada without any interruption to the existing service and added expense that would exceed the total intended transaction cost. Initial start-up costs, or any additional costs to ensure uninterrupted service to, and at sites (e.g. parallel services or other means) must be borne by the offeror. The government reserves the right to cancel or modify awarded contract, when warranted, at any time during contract performance period, with 30-days written notice.
