E-MAIL: bsolovey@mail.drms.dla.mil, bsolovey@mail.drms.dla.mil. The Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) requires marketing research support for surveys on an as needed, task-specified basis. The contractor shall conduct qualitative and/or quantitative research, as specified by the Government, to complete each research project that the Government engages them to perform. Requests are made throughout the year for qualitative and/or quantitative surveys that will vary in topic, size, complexity and timing. Quantitative surveys will generally require sample sizes that range in size from 1,200 to 2,000, but may occasionally be 5,000 or more. Multi-stage sampling is occasionally required and multiple mailings are usually required. Research support will include survey planning, designing, executing, analyzing the results and reporting the findings. It is anticipated that the RFP will result in an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for an estimated three (3) qualitative and/or three (3) quantitative surveys a year. It is anticipated that there will be a one (1) year base period with four (4), one (1) year options. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
