The anticipated Life Cycle is five years, one (1) base year with four (4) one (1) year optional renewal periods. Contract award will be to multiple sources inclusive of vendors with GSA Schedule Contracts. Services shall be provided for DFAS Headquarters, DFAS Centers and Operating Locations. This is a multiple award acquisition. The consultant services to be provided shall include: Economic and Cost Analysis Decision Support Systems Competitive Sourcing and OMB Circular A-76 Cost Comparison Studies Life Cycle Management, Analysis and Documentation Manpower and Organization Management Studies Productivity Tools and Analysis Issues Program Project Support LABOR CATEGORIES: Contract Project Manager Task Manager/Senior Cost Analyst Senior Financial Analyst Senior Systems Analyst Financial Analyst Systems Analyst Administrative and Technical Support Additional requirements include but are not limited to: Deliverables must be compatible with the version of Microsoft Office suite of products currently installed at DFAS HQ. Place of Performance shall be at the sites designated in the individual delivery orders. Travel shall be required to accomplish program objectives. It will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) directives and the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR). The contractor is required to maintain their primary service center within the Metropolitan Washington D.C. area. Personnel required to perform services shall be disbursed from this location.
