The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-42. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is for a modification to extend 50 days of support service for technical guidance and developmental support using advanced Micro Focus Dialog System, including developing client/server applications, rewriting APS macros for Application to application interface compatibility and writing application interface control programs. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
