The Delivery Order Minimum (USP Atlanta, GA): 1,000 EA for Line Item 0001, and 1,000 for Line Item 0002. The Delivery Order Maximum (USP Atlanta, GA): 5,000 EA for Line Item 0001, and 5,000 for Line Item 0002. The Delivery Order Minimum (Ft.
