Maintenance for the software bugs encountered by the government during the period 1 Jan 99 through 31 Dec 99. Maintenance is also requested to obtain new software releases which provide software enhancements and additional functionality. It is the intent of the Government to award a contract on a sole source basis to Interleaf, Inc., Waltham, MA pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
