The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and any ancillary services required to deliver the electric power. The contractor must hold a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity ("CC&N") in Arizona. CC&N must be ontained from the Arizona Corporate Commission. The Fort's annual power consumption is approximately 102 million kilowatt-hours. The annual peak load is 19 megawatts and is typically experienced during the months of July or August. Monthly load factor averages 72%. This will be a requirement type contract with a base year and four one-year option periods.
